Natalie Novak

b. 1981
St. Paul, Minnesota, USA

Natalie Novak is a visual artist in Portland, OR.  Working primarily in tapestry, Novak draws from ancient and contemporary weaving techniques to explore color relationships, modern mysticism and the (super) natural world.  Currently Novak maintains a dedicated practice at her home studio and teaches this meditative craft to students in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.  Through weaving Natalie has cultivated so much joy; through teaching she is honored to share that magic with others.
