We are so excited to be teaching this class at both the Sun and Moon sessions of the Spirit Weavers Gathering this year!

In this class we will explore creative meditation through the use of flower essences and tapestry weaving. Natalie Novak and Samantha LaMont will share with you the ancient craft of weaving as a means of entering a meditative state.

Weaving is a methodical and slow practice. As our hands get involved with each stitch our minds are free to rest from our conscious stream of thought. It is in this state of quiet that we are able to hear our creative voice and let that voice be heard and SHINE!

The flower essences will unlock any barriers to your true creative self as your fingers dance across the loom! Join this class and learn to weave, but also, how weaving can be a tool used daily for self care and meditation.
