In February I'm offering a class that doesn't come around too often: Weaving as Meditation. I teach this class in partnership with my friend Samantha LaMont of Cardinal Point, and while we usually only offer this workshop at retreats, this winter we're taking it to the historic Sou'wester! Weaving as Meditation will be a five hour Sunday class with an optional bedtime meditation on Saturday for those of you staying overnight. This is an all-levels workshop that introduces a different approach to weaving. We'll use flower and gem essences to intuitively integrate creative meditation into your weaving, whether you've never touched a loom or if you're looking for a way to deepen your current practice.
We're really excited to offer this workshop on the beautiful Long Beach Peninsula of the Washington Coast. Class cost is $40 + $65 materials fee. (The Sou'wester website currently has the materials fee listed incorrectly, this is the correct cost and we are working to correct the error!)
